From there customers may complete premium finance applications and submit them for approval and processing, subject to our underwriting guidelines and contract verification. Insured/Borrowers may access our site to view the status of their account and make payments.

| Third Party Premium Finance Purchase | EXPRESS purchases premium finance contracts from licensed third party premium finance companies. We establish buy rates with the third party, and pay any premium received above these rates. EXPRESS then owns and services the account.
